How does someone use Quickbooks from Home?

It works very much like using Quickbooks at the office.  Once you have established a secure log-in and password with Quickbooks from Home you can log onto the server and access your financial data from multiple locations.  While logged on to the Quickbooks from Home server, you and your users can view financial data simultaneously.

Will my data be secure?

Yes. Our advanced security systems are armed 24 x 7 to protect an off-site data center.  The alarmed entrance to our facility is guarded by fingerprint and password locks. In addition to outer security features, three secure firewalls guarantee the privacy of your information.

What about back-ups? Is the data backed up regularly?

Yes. Our servers are backed up multiple times throughout the day.  Each of our back ups in the afternoon and evening are specifically designed to ensure a complete protection of your information. 

 

How much does it cost?

Each user costs $39, and there’s no set-up fee or support costs. Each server receives log-in information that gives them the flexibility to access QuickBooks from Home at their home or office computers.

Can I use any version of Quickbooks?

Yes. We support all versions of Quickbooks including the 2008 edition of Pro and Premier for Windows and Macintosh. We regularly update our software to offer the most efficient program.

Is there tech support?

Absolutely. Unlike many of our competitors we are happy to assist you for free . E-mail support is offered daily from 5am-9pm while phone assistance is available from 8am-5pm.  

What if I want to host another type of program?

We operate a dedicated server with the ability to host multiple programs you may need for your business’s operations.  For example, Pro System FX, Creative Solution and other software can be added to the server.
